KCCNYC Mix No 4: 할로윈 파티 HALLOWEEN PARTY

This month our playlist is a collection of spooky, and sensual K-Pop to help soundtrack your Halloween party. Featuring H.O.T’s “Candy”, of course—a throwback, and absolute Halloween party necessity, Twice’s spooky classics “TT” and “Like Ooh-Ahh,” where they take on zombies, and haunted house vibes, and ENHYPEN’s hypnotic and sultry dark concept classics like “Drunk-Dazed,” “Bite Me,” and “Fever.” My personal favorite of the bunch is “Catallena” by Orange Caramel, which may not immediately seem appropriately spooky or Halloween-y, but it’s a track that’s so surreal, it almost feels like a fever dream. The girls dress up as glamorous mermaid sushi, trapped in a bizarre seafood market, complete with kitschy costumes, and giant sushi trays. It embodies a campy blend of creepy-cute that makes this, in my opinion, one of the best K-Pop songs of all time. We hope this mix helps you and your friends and family get in the 으스스한 [spooky] mood!
